- 2Add the public website URL from the Websites area.
- 3Open domain verification and add the supplied DNS record with your DNS provider.
- 4Run verification again after DNS propagation completes.
- 5Confirm the website begins appearing in monitoring views.

Review website health
Move from an Action Center recommendation into uptime, SSL, DNS, domain, or change details.
Before you start: A verified website with monitoring enabled.
- 1Open the Action Center and start with critical recommendations.
- 2Use the action link to open the relevant monitoring view.
- 3Compare the latest HTTP status, response time, expiry date, or DNS result.
- 4Resolve the issue with the host, registrar, certificate issuer, or DNS provider.
- 5Allow the next scheduled check to confirm recovery.
Search & SEO
Connect Google and audit SEO
Authorize Google, connect matching properties, check the sitemap, and scan pages for on-page issues.
Before you start: A verified website and a Google account with access to the relevant properties.
- 1Connect Google from the Integrations workspace and approve the requested access.
- 2Open Search Console and confirm the matching domain property.
- 3Check or submit the sitemap and fetch current search performance.
- 4Run the SEO audit to scan URLs discovered from the sitemap.
- 5Prioritize errors, then warnings, and rerun after updating the pages.
Analytics
Connect GA4 traffic data
Associate a GA4 property with a website and bring its traffic summary into reporting.
Before you start: Google authorization with Analytics access and an accessible GA4 property.
- 1Connect or reconnect Google and approve Analytics access.
- 2Open Google Analytics and choose the property associated with the website.
- 3If no property exists, follow the available provisioning or tag setup path.
- 4Fetch the latest traffic summary after measurement data is available.
- 5Compare sessions and channels with Search Console and website-health context.
Content
Create and schedule content
Generate or write content, review it, and move the approved version into the calendar.
Before you start: A team workspace; AI access is optional because content can also be written manually.
- 1Open Content Studio and choose a platform and content type.
- 2Write manually or generate variants when team AI access is enabled.
- 3Edit the chosen variant and check platform-specific length and media requirements.
- 4Add the content to the calendar as a draft or scheduled entry.
- 5Review the calendar entry before its scheduled publish time.

Publishing
Connect a publishing destination
Authorize a supported provider, select its target, and prepare content that meets delivery requirements.
Before you start: A supported provider account and the permissions required by that provider.
- 1Connect the social provider from Integrations or the relevant content workflow.
- 2Approve publishing access and select a Page, account, or channel where required.
- 3Use a public image or video URL for platforms that require hosted media.
- 4Schedule a compatible calendar entry and monitor its publishing status.
- 5If delivery fails, review the stored error and reconnect or adjust the content.
Reports
Schedule a website report
Choose websites, recipients, and a weekly or monthly cadence for a connected operating summary.
Before you start: At least one website in the selected team.
- 1Open Reports and create a new schedule.
- 2Choose weekly or monthly delivery and select the websites to include.
- 3Add recipient email addresses and optional white-label details.
- 4Send a test or download a PDF to review the available coverage.
- 5Keep the schedule active and review the next delivery date.
Account & settings
Control notification delivery
Choose in-app and email preferences for operational events and Action Center summaries.
Before you start: Membership in the team whose preferences you are changing.
- 1Open notification settings and select the relevant team or website context.
- 2Review uptime, SSL, domain, DNS, digest, and critical-action event types.
- 3Enable or disable in-app and email delivery independently.
- 4Save the preferences for your own user account.
- 5Use the notification bell and Action Center to review delivered items.
