Scope and operator
This policy applies to the FeedSyncer public website, authenticated application, support, and related communications. During public beta, FeedSyncer is operated by an individual developer rather than a registered company entity.
Optional integrations process data only when you connect or use them. Some features depend on external provider availability and the permissions of your connected account.
Information collected
Account, team, and security information
- Name, email, password hash, verification state, authentication and recovery settings, role, and account preferences.
- Team membership, invitations, notification preferences, sign-in activity, IP address, browser information, and security or operational records.
Website and monitoring information
- Website names and URLs, domain-verification records, CMS configuration, and ownership-related data.
- Uptime, HTTP status, response time, SSL, DNS, domain, sitemap, change-detection, safety, PageSpeed, Core Web Vitals, and Action Center records.
- Page-audit data such as titles, descriptions, headings, canonicals, noindex state, word count, issues, and scores.
Content, integrations, and commercial information
- Content prompts, generated outputs, edits, media URLs, calendar entries, publishing state, provider names, errors, and notes.
- Connected-account identifiers, account email or display name, approved permissions, connection information, selected properties or targets, campaign settings, budgets, targeting, and available performance metrics.
- Search Console, GA4, Google Business Profile, social post, advertising, and scheduled-report data associated with your websites.
- Contact submissions, feedback, newsletter email and status, and support communications.
- When billing is enabled, Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, price, and payment-status records. Complete card numbers are not intentionally stored by FeedSyncer.
How information is used
- Authenticate users and secure accounts and teams.
- Verify domains and operate monitoring, audit, analytics, content, publishing, campaign, notification, and reporting workflows.
- Perform the connected-service actions you request and keep connected information current.
- Respond to support and privacy requests, manage communications, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Process subscriptions and payment events when billing is enabled.
FeedSyncer does not sell personal information for money and does not use connected Google user data for advertising, lending, creditworthiness, or unrelated profiling.
AI processing
When you request AI generation, prompts, selected platform, tone, and relevant website context may be sent to the configured provider. Current options include OpenAI or Anthropic for text, OpenAI for images, and Runway for video. Their own terms and privacy notices apply.
Prompts, provider details, outputs, and edits may be stored where needed for content and calendar workflows. Generation output is intended for human review and is not published by the generation request itself.
Do not place passwords, security codes, sensitive personal data, or material you are not authorized to submit in prompts.
Connected services
Connected services may require account identifiers, approved permissions, connection details, selected targets, and information returned by the provider. This information is used only for the connected workflows you request.
Google workflows can use Search Console, Site Verification, URL Inspection, Indexing, Analytics, Tag Manager, Business Profile, YouTube, PageSpeed, Safe Browsing, and Google Ads, depending on enabled features and account permissions. FeedSyncer's use and transfer of Google information adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other connected providers may receive content, media URLs, account identifiers, campaign settings, and targeting when you request publishing, measurement, discovery, or campaign actions.
Disconnecting an integration stops future FeedSyncer access. You can also revoke access from the provider account where supported.
Service providers and disclosure
Data may be processed by providers supporting hosting, storage, email, service monitoring, AI, analytics, connected services, and payments. Providers receive information needed for their role and operate under their own terms and applicable agreements.
Website URLs may be sent to Google Safe Browsing for malware and phishing indicators. Information may also be disclosed where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate abuse, enforce terms, or complete a business transfer with required safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, secure it, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Periods vary by account state, integration, product settings, provider systems, and legal requirements.

Account deletion is designed to remove the account and the user-owned product data identified by the deletion flow. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or disputes, and then age out under applicable processes.
Security
Reasonable safeguards include access controls, password protection, secure connections, account verification, and service monitoring. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and connected-account access.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or export personal information and to complain to a supervisory authority.
- Update account and notification settings.
- Change optional consent from Cookie Settings.
- Disconnect and revoke external-provider access.
- Unsubscribe from newsletter communications.
- Delete your account from account settings.
- Request access, correction, deletion, or export through the contact form or info@feedsyncer.com.
Identity verification may be required. Requests are handled within the timeframes required by applicable law.
International processing and children
FeedSyncer and its providers may process data outside your country. Where required, recognized safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism are used.
The service is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it, and does not knowingly collect their personal information.
Changes and contact
This policy may change with the product, providers, or legal requirements. The revision date will be updated, and material changes may also be communicated in the product.
